Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools around the worksite
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up equipment and supplies
Support skilled workers by holding materials, mixing substances, or performing basic tasks as directed
Perform site cleanup activities to maintain a safe and tidy setting
Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and injuries
Help with demolition or excavation tasks as needed, adhering to project specifications
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is preferred
