Job Description

We are looking for a human resources recruiter to join our team.
Prepare interview questions, job descriptions and other necessary materials
Analyze candidates' skills and qualifications; contact and establish appointments with prospective candidates
Communicate requirements and duties to prospective employers.
Create, develop and post job openings on job search websites
Interview and recommend suitable candidates to employers
Match candidates with employer needs.
Build and maintain employer relationships
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain, organize and update candidate/employer records




Capable of managing the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, employer matching, interview coordination, and offer closing.
Take part in marketing, promotion, and basic business development activities in addition to recruitment responsibilities.

Required qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized with valuable planning abilities
Must have positive leader skills
Efficient in time management, positive attention to detail and focused
Able to work under pressure and with deadlines
Fluent in Mandarin and English
