Archway Millwork is hiring an experienced Lead Custom Cabinet Maker / Mozaik & CNC Specialist to join our custom cabinetry shop immediately.

This is a key role in our operation. We need someone who can take ownership of the full cabinetry workflow — from design and Mozaik drawings, to CNC files, shop production, quality control, and final installation standards.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, lead the process, and make sure every job is built and installed properly.

Responsibilities
Design and prepare custom cabinetry projects using Mozaik
Create accurate shop drawings, layouts, cut lists, material lists, and CNC-ready filesPrepare, review, and send files to the
CNC machine
Supervise cabinet production in the shop to ensure work matches the drawings
Coordinate with cabinet makers, installers, and management throughout the project
Review measurements, appliance specs, hardware, materials, fillers, panels, kicks, doors, drawers, and finishing details
Troubleshoot design, production, CNC, or installation issues before they become costly problems
Ensure each project is completed accurately from design to installationMaintain quality standards for kitchens, vanities, closets,



built-ins, and custom cabinetry projects

Non-Negotiable Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in custom cabinetry, cabinetmaking, millwork production, or CNC programming
Experience may include hands-on work, school, technical training, apprenticeship, or accreditation
Robust working knowledge of Mozaik
Ability to create and push files to a CNC machine
Solid understanding of custom cabinetry construction and installation
Ability to supervise work and hold the team accountable to quality standards
Able to work independently with limited training
Available for immediate start

Ideal Candidate

You are a hands-on cabinetry professional who understands both the screen and the shop floor. You know how to design custom cabinets properly, prepare them for CNC, guide production, and catch problems before installation.

You do not just draw cabinets — you understand how they are built, assembled, finished, and installed.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
