Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations
Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and safety
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a positive experience
Keep workstations clean,
organized, and fully stocked with supplies for efficient service delivery
Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and personalized care
Skills
Solid knowledge of nail care techniques and current trends in nail art and design
Experience with body waxing procedures is preferred
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client satisfaction
Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
