Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Driver to join our team and ensure protected, timely, and courteous transportation services. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients, including children and seniors, to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience for our clients by demonstrating professionalism, safety awareness, and effective communication. Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport clients to appointments, activities, or errands while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Assist clients with boarding, disembarking, and securing their belongings or mobility aids as needed
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting mechanical issues promptly
Communicate clearly with clients in multiple languages, including Spanish and English, to ensure they feel comfortable and informed during transit
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs with patience, respect, and professionalism




Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transportation
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate schedules and optimize routes for efficiency

Qualifications
Proven experience working with children, seniors, or individuals requiring special care or assistance
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance to perform basic troubleshooting or report issues promptly
Experience in customer service roles demonstrating patience, empathy, and active listening skills
Ability to teach safety protocols or procedures when necessary and write clear reports or documentation
Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety standards applicable to commercial driving
