We are currently looking for a motivated, animal-loving individual to join our team in a customer focused role greeting and facilitating every pet and person's interaction with our team.

The ideal candidate will possess:
A warm and friendly demeanour
Superior communication skills, especially in difficult or stressful situations
An enthusiastic and motivated attitude
Reception and veterinary experience are both very valuable, though not required, especially for applicants who possess the other qualities listed above
Social media experience is an asset
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Friendly and compassionate communication with pet parents, both on the phone, virtually and in person
Assisting and warmly communicating with our experienced veterinary team with examinations and treatments
Providing high quality and safe in-clinic care for pets under direction of Veterinarians and RVTs
Maintaining a clean, safe and supportive workplace
Clinic hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
