Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff, either as a Server or Counter Attendant to join our agile team in a fast-paced restaurant setting. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for customer service and hospitality.

Duties
Greet and seat guests.
Take customer orders accurately either from the table or phone.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
Pack and bag takeaway food efficiently and accurately.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
Uphold high standards of hospitality while providing excellent customer service.




Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash transactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining individual responsibilities.
