You’ll work as part of a crew responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor spaces to the highest standard. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors. What You’ll Do
Landscape Maintenance
Mow, edge, trim, prune, fertilize, and aerate lawns
Care for garden beds, shrubs, trees, and turf
Mulch, weed, and clean up sites so they’re left neat and skilled
Use hand tools and power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, rakes, and shovels
Equipment & Safety
Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Complete basic equipment checks and report issues when needed
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Teamwork
Work alongside crew members to complete tasks efficiently
Take direction from crew leads and adapt to changing priorities
Maintain a respectful, skilled attitude with teammates and clients
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is an asset
Comfortable using common landscaping tools and equipment
Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift and carry heavy materials
Physically fit and capable of long, active workdays
Licences & Certifications
Valid Ontario G-class driver’s licence with a clean abstract required
Landscaping, horticulture and equipment certifications are a definite plus
