Responsibilities
Collect, label, and process samples with accuracy and care
Blood draws, Sample handling, Sample processing
Assist in preparing laboratory equipment and reagents for testing procedures
Record and organize data meticulously to support analysis and reporting
Conduct basic analysis of test results under supervision, ensuring quality control standards are maintained
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laboratory tools and workspaces
Follow strict safety protocols and handle biohazardous materials responsibly
Support laboratory staff with administrative tasks including inventory management and documentation

Requirements




Experience working in a laboratory setting or related environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Must have phlebotomy experience
Robust data collection skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in sample processing and record keeping
Analysis skills to interpret basic test results and identify anomalies or issues
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy lab setting
Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and report findings clearly
