Northwood Landscaping is a WCB-insured landscape construction company based in the Lower Mainland, BC, with most of our current projects in South Surrey. We build high-quality hardscapes - patios, retaining walls, and paver installations - and we're looking for an experienced crew member who takes pride in precise, durable work. This is part time work to start, with potential to grow into full time hours as our project volume increases.

Requirements
2+ years hands-on experience in landscape construction/hardscaping
Demonstrated experience with paver installation, retaining wall construction, and site grading
Comfortable working to grade and slope specs from a site plan
Equipment experience (compactors, mini excavators) an asset
Valid driver's licence required

Responsibilities
Install pavers, natural stone,



and retaining wall systems to spec
Perform excavation, base prep, and grading
Operate and maintain hardscape tools and equipment safely
Mentor junior crew members in office
Uphold WCB safety standards on every job
