Job Overview
Japango is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. This role involves both guest service and table maintenance, helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Duties
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver food and beverages promptly
Clear and reset tables efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Work closely with team members during busy service hours
Provide a positive and welcoming dining experience
Occasionally assist with marketing content creation, including photo and video shoots for social media and promotional use

Qualifications
Previous experience working in a Japanese restaurant is required
Robust customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a quick-paced setting
Responsible, punctual,



and team-oriented
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Comfortable appearing in marketing videos and social media content is an asset
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule:
Approximately 4 to 5 shifts per week
Schedule may vary based on business needs
Weekend availability is required
