SDR Electric, Plumbing & Heating is currently looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. They will perform all repairs and installations for our customers’ heating/cooling systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing, testing and repairing, and maintenance as needed and prioritizing calls based on business goals. Ultimately, you will work with customers to ensure their heating or cooling units run smoothly at all times.

Responsibilities
Provide timely, knowledgeable and quality repairs of customers’ units.
Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience.
Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
Travel to different homes and businesses throughout the day and determine problems




Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company

Requirements
Proven work experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic or similar role
Miust hold A valid ODP certification
Musr hold a valid red seal refrigeration certification
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Certification or associate's degree from a relevant program is a requirement
Electrician experience also an asset
