Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our agile culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, assisting with meal preparation, and ensuring that all dishes meet our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Support the team during busy service periods by ensuring timely food delivery




Adhere to serving protocols and assist with food service when needed
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate supply needs to management

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Basic knowledge of meal preparation and food industry best practices
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
