We are seeking a skilled Blown film Extrusion Operator to join our client in Brampton.

Shift Timing:

Shift A : Friday to Sunday - 7 am to 7 pm

Shift B : Friday to Sunday - 7 pm to 7 am

Shift C: Monday to Thursday - 7 pm to 7 am

Responsibilities
Maintain printing operations, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
Maintain quality control standards for printed plastic sheets, conducting inspections and addressing defects.
Manage printing equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Maintain documentation of printing jobs, production statistics, and quality control data.
Manage inventory of printing supplies and materials, optimizing levels to minimize waste.
Adjust, calibrate, and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper pressure, speed, temperature, and general operation.
Examine visually,



weigh and measure components created from equipment to ensure machines are producing according to company and industry regulations and standards, adjusting as needed.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Blown film extrusion experience is required
Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is required
Must be comfortable working for 12 hours long shift

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.61-$26.90 per hour
