Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer with a robust background in machine learning, generative AI, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have both technical depth and leadership capabilities to architect, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that accelerate product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and generative AI systems.
Lead the end-to-end development of AI-enabled applications from concept to deployment.
Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define project scope, strategy, and deliverables.
Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Oversee backend and frontend integration using full-stack technologies.
Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews.
Ensure best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills
Strong programming expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, FastAPI, etc.).




Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience in developing or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems, with knowledge of LangChain.
Knowledge of data engineering tools and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Understanding of containerization (Docker) and version control (Git).
Experience in system design, API architecture, and microservices development.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or multimodal AI systems.
Previous experience leading small technical teams or projects.
Robust analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
