We are a licensed in-home multi-age childcare , serving children aged 2.5–5 years. Our program blends Montessori-inspired and play-based learning in a warm, small group setting.
Position
We are looking for caring, reliable, and versatile ECE / ECEA to join our team.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities
Support children’s overall development
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills
Requirements
Valid BC ECE or ECEA License
First Aid & CPR-C
Criminal Record Check
3 Reference Letters
Childcare experience preferred
Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Good communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Montessori and/or play-based learning is an asset
