Job Duties:
Perform general labour duties such as shovelling, raking, compacting, and material handling
Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and backfilling
Assist with the Install of Storm, Sanitary, Water and Hydro/Tel to proposed grade.
Set up and dismantle site equipment, barricades, and signage




Operate small tools and equipment safely (training provided where needed)
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized worksite
Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines
Set Catch Basins and Manholes to proposed grade.
Co-ordinate with foreman / project manager on days tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in civil construction or general labour is an asset
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Safety‑focused mindset; knowledge of construction safety practices is an advantage
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
