What the role looks like
Run the day-to-day on residential siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installs
Lead a small crew — assign tasks, hold the quality line, keep the job moving
Be the person in office homeowners and our office trust to get it right
Work jobs that are properly quoted and properly scheduled — no scrambling because sales overpromised
What you bring
3+ years hands-on siding/eavestrough installation experience, with real time spent leading a crew
Valid Working at Heights certification
Your own hand tools and a valid G license
An eye for clean lines and zero tolerance for “positive enough”
Someone who takes ownership like it’s your own business — because we’ll treat you like it is
