Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid construction management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
10 or more years concrete formwork experience.
3 or more years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
Ability to proficiently read and interpret blue prints.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Must have reasonably clean drivers abstract
Ability to operate machinery including skid steer and telehandler
Must be able to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing
Responsibilities
Promotes, supports and facilitates teamwork between all construction crews by promoting a positive culture
Ensuring the health and safety of each crew members
Follow and enforce company health and safety program
Assesses competency and capability of trades persons
Assigns individual and crew tasks
Sets and maintains work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity.
