Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. This role is essential in promoting independence, safety, and well-being for our clients, especially seniors and individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives through attentive caregiving and support.

Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Support clients with dementia or cognitive impairments through specialized care techniques
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding if necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a secure environment
Support clients with activities that promote independence and social engagement
Document care provided accurately and report any changes in health or behavior to supervisors




Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff

Requirements
Experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care is preferred
Knowledge of senior care, working with individuals with disabilities, dementia care, and medication administration is highly desirable
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to perform caregiving duties with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Physical ability to assist with mobility support and perform light cleaning or meal preparation tasks
Reliable transportation or the ability to commute easily to client locations if required
Must be willing to undergo background checks and adhere to health and safety regulations
