Position Overview
The High-Rise Superintendent will oversee all aspects of high-rise construction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities from pre-construction to completion. Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Team Leadership: Supervise in office teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and quality. Conduct regular meetings and communicate objectives clearly.
Quality Control: Enforce high standards of workmanship and materials, addressing issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations, conducting regular safety training and monitoring.
Communication & Reporting:



Provide updates to stakeholders, resolve in office issues, and maintain progress documentation.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a superintendent in high-rise construction.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Vancouver building codes.
Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are an asset.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $175,000
