POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a housekeeping attendant for the Hémisphère residential building in Pointe-Claire. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean and maintain floors and carpets in common areas
Grounds maintenance, indoor parking, storage areas
Maintain the building's common areas (lounge, outdoor terraces, outdoor exercise areas, swimming pool, gym)
Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
Construction
Be available to respond to emergencies
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Change light bulbs in the common areas
Make service calls
Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive team player
A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Customer service experience an asset
Qualified training in general building maintenance (an asset)
