We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction General Assistant & Cleaner to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will support various on-site activities, ensuring the work environment remains secure, organized, and efficient. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the successful completion of construction projects. This position offers a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience in the construction industry while maintaining a clean and safe work site as well as the potential to grow within the company and industry.
About the Role:
As a Mid-Production Construction Cleaner 7 General Assistant, you will help prepare recent build homes for the next stages of construction by:
Scraping drywall mud from subfloors
Removing large debris
Sweeping and vacuuming fine dust from floors, and window sills
Assisting builders in multiple labour based tasks
Cleaning at heights (Using boom-lifts) Training provided.
Every day is different and we operate on multiple different locations.
What We’re Looking For:
No experience required; training provided for the right candidate
Strong, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable vehicle for site travel (Transportation is provided, but will need to get to central collection point)
Steel-toed boots and hard hat required
