Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by ensuring timely food delivery and smooth workflow
Properly handle and store food items according to safety standards to prevent contamination
Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to ensure all dishes, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and ready for use




Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, cleaning, and workplace safety
Contribute positively to a team environment by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues as needed

Skills
Experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently while maintaining high hygiene standards
Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and hospitality excellence
Familiarity with basic cooking methods and food safety protocols
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Excellent attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
