Ennova Facades Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team across general labour, assembly, and fabrication. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved while developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production schedules.
Supervise, coach, and develop production employees.
Performance management, and disciplinary matters in partnership with Human Resources.
Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues.
Review employee timesheets and time-off requests.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work setting.
Promote continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and employee engagement.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of production supervision experience.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
Experience operating production equipment safely.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with production reporting, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.





Preferred Experience
Machine shop operations.
Laser cutting equipment.
Press brake operation.
Fabrication or architectural products manufacturing.
