Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in different site conditions.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
Pushing of a wheel barrow and raking of gravel
Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing work areas.
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
Support skilled tradespeople in various construction or manufacturing activities.
Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies at all times.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to and over 50 pounds)



and perform physically demanding tasks.
Must have a Class 5 Drivers License, class 3 is a bonus.
Must have transportation to and from shop
Start time 6:30am-7:00am.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment is a bonus.
Willingness to learn recent skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
