Key Responsibilities
Perform metal finishing such as grinding and sanding
Inspect finished products for quality standards
Use hand and power tools to remove excess material and smooth surfaces
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Work with team members to meet production targets

Skills & Qualifications
Experience with grinding, sanding, and polishing




Knowledge of metal types, especially cold rolled steel and aluminum
Experience using hand and power tools
Solid attention to detail and defect identification
Commitment to safety procedures
Teamwork and collaboration
