Prospect:

The Senior Superintendent will oversee in office field operations, ensuring that all projects are executed promptly and efficiently while maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, labour, and industry partners.

Responsibilities:
Manage on-site field operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, stakeholders, labour and industry partners.
Lead a work environment that fosters respect, develops and motivates employees, promotes teamwork, personal responsibility and opportunities for growth and advancement.
Oversee onsite delivery and administration of a variety of construction projects.

Experience and Qualifications:




Minimum 5 years of construction experience with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
Proven track record managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
Superior communication skills, verbal and written.
