Plant knowledge and identification: specifically trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials
Knowledge and physical ability to use all types of landscape tools
Willingness to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically fit having strong stamina and ability to lift 50lbs
