What You'll Do
Deliver a welcoming and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure
Introduce groups to their adventure with clear and engaging game briefings
Oversee escape room sessions, offering hints and support while maintaining the flow of the game
Prepare rooms between bookings by resetting puzzles and ensuring every detail is guest-ready
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of games, lobby, and event spaces
Support private events, birthday parties, corporate functions, and lounge operations as needed




Follow safety procedures and company standards while providing exceptional hospitality

What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with guests of all ages
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Solid attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or customer service is an advantage but not required
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $15.00-$45.00 per hour
