Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook specializing in French and Italian cuisine to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of French and Italian dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food safety and handling procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station before, during, and after service
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold restaurant standards
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed




Support the serving staff by ensuring timely and accurate food delivery when required

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Robust knowledge of French and Italian cuisine techniques and ingredients
Excellent understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Attention to detail in meal presentation and portion control
Prior experience with meal preparation, kitchen operations, or related roles is highly desirable
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during busy service hours

Pay: $17.60-$27.91 per hour
