General Labourer Job DescriptionPosition: General LabourerJob Summary

Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform general cleaning and housekeeping of work areas.
Assist with construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance tasks as assigned.
Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Lift, carry, and transport heavy materials when required.
Assemble, disassemble, or package products and materials.
Report equipment issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
Previous labour or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Good communication and time management skills.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including overtime if required.

Working Conditions
Physically demanding role involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying.
Indoor and/or outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
