Responsibilities:

Concrete
Assist with setup and preparation of concrete forms
Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure a quality final product
Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials, such as rebar
Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work

General laborer/Machine operator
Mechanical knowledge and experience working with machinery and tools as needed

Overall Responsibilities
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment




Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Respect and maintenance of all equipment and job sites

Experience:
Previous experience working with concrete is required.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is beneficial
AR license would be beneficial
Basic machine operating skills preferred (bobcat, excavator)
Robust physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
