Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care in a welcoming workplace. The Registered Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure a positive experience with each visit.
Responsibilities
Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation techniques
Assess clients’ conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans
Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided and progress notes
Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary
Stay current with industry best practices,
new techniques, and continuing education requirements
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns
Experience
Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy practices
Prior experience working with diverse client populations preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Pay: $10,000.00-$15,000.00 per month
