Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Chinese speaking Cleaning Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in a commercial setting, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an prospect to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and excellent communication are valued. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate. The position emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and a solid work ethic to support our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any concerns




Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety protocols
Assist with additional hospitality-related duties as needed, including light cooking or meal preparation for clients

Requirements
Proficiency in Chinese and English
Strong cleaning skills with experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Outstanding customer service and communication skills to interact positively with clients
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of hospitality practices is advantageous
Reliable transportation or means to commute to different client locations is preferred
A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness are essential

Pay: $18.25-$20.50 per hour
