Job required
Basic knowledge of construction principles; prior experience with carpentry or related trades is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is advantageous.
Willingness to learn concrete forming, finishing, welding, heavy equipment operation, and other specialized skills.
Robust work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
