We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This position involves maintaining and repairing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties to ensure they are protected, functional, and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Respond to service requests and emergency calls as needed
Participate in a rotational after-hours on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance issues
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work setting
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance (residential and/or commercial)
Solid knowledge of general repair and maintenance practices
Experience repairing appliances is considered a strong asset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
