Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Assist with inventory management and replenishment
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Provide customers with fitting room assistance
Skills:
Polite phone etiquette and communication skills
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions
Organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly sales floor
Basic math skills for accurate pricing and calculations
Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
