Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly setting for our facilities.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness
Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces
Carpet cleaning (Spot & Annual)
Snow clearing
Suite Cleaning/Touch-Ups
-Window Cleaning
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste management disposal
Replacing toilet paper and hand towels for common areas
-Change out garbage bins for collection as scheduled
-Cleaning and disinfecting all common paths and surface areas, including washrooms, resident lounge, gym, elevator and study rooms
-Assist in annual cleaning of the parkade
Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
-Follow all health and safety regulations
Experience
Previous experience in Apartment complex cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
