Store Manager – Bell Store | Windsor

We're looking for a Store Manager for our Windsor location. Someone who leads by example, develops talent, and isn't satisfied with positive when outstanding is possible.

Your role

You'll own the full store experience — from results to team culture.
Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
Drive sales and hit targets — then set new ones
Monitor results and take decisive corrective action
Hire, coach, and develop your team to their full potential
Deliver a customer experience worth coming back for
Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
Maintain store presentation and safety standards
