We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, managing transactions efficiently, and supporting overall store operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with technology, and have a passion for delivering a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or merchandising are highly valued. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes




Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Demonstrate strong communication skills to explain product features and benefits clearly
Practice effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous
Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customers
Experience in merchandising, product demos, or technical sales can enhance performance in this role
Solid organizational skills, basic math proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential for success
Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
