About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Trainee who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a close-knit team. This role is the primary point of contact for many customers and plays a key role in ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and well communicated.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound customer calls and emails
Prepare quotes, pricing, and product availability
Enter and manage sales orders accurately
Support customers with product questions and alternatives
Coordinate with warehouse and operations to meet delivery expectations
Qualifications
Experience in inside sales or customer service (distribution or building materials preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a quick-paced setting
Experience with lumber, panels, coatings, or hardware is an asset
Warehouse / Forklift Experience an asset
