Duties
Engage with customers in a friendly, qualified manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately during checkout processes
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products effectively
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product placement, and monitoring stock levels
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Solid communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Basic math skills, cash handling experience, and familiarity with POS systems are necessary for daily operations
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
