The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker on behalf of one of our employer partners.

A growing organization that strives to exceed the expectations of our clients is currently looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic candidates for the position of Warehouse Worker in Ottawa store location on Heron Road.

A security background check will be required.

Job Details:
Excellent communication skills
Responsible for the effective and effective flow of merchandise in a mid volume Warehouse
Identify areas of improvement and converse with Management for transitions
Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Prepare receiving area and organize equipment
Excellent documentation skills
Experience in shipping/receiving (forklift experience is not required)
Work in accordance with health and safety regulations
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Work independently without supervision
Maintain internal record-keeping system and other administrative duties




Highly organized, detail organized and excellent planning skills
High energy with a positive attitude
Ability to work diligently in down-times
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
Pride in work
Proactive in maintaining a clean/organized work environment
Computer literate
Ability to provide 3 work references with at least 2 from Direct Supervisors

Physical Qualifications:
Must be in positive physical shape
Ability to lift 40 lbs above the waist and handle heavy loads repeatedly
Repetitive motion

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
