Experience Required
1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
Pizza restaurant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, supervise, and motivate staff.
Train and develop team members to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent food quality.
Oversee daily operations, quality control, and operational procedures.
Organize, monitor, and maintain food, beverage, and supply inventory.
Ensure all health, food safety, and workplace safety regulations are followed.
Address customer concerns professionally and implement follow-up training where needed.
Coordinate and manage catering and special events.
Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.Qualifications
1–2 years of restaurant experience.
Pizza restaurant experience is required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and lead by example.
Valid Food Handler Certificate (required).
Valid Serving It Safe Certification (required).
