Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our construction team. This role offers an chance to work on diverse projects, including building, renovation, and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to operate various hand tools, and a willingness to learn recent skills. This position is essential for supporting skilled trades and ensuring project efficiency and quality.
Duties
Assist the fabricator's with fabricating and installation and restoration projects by performing manual labor tasks
Operate hand tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and caulking guns safely and effectively
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to assist with project execution
Assist in fabricating and installing Marble, Granite, Quartz, Porcelain and Natural Stone.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment at all times
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote efficiency and safety
Skills
Proficiency with hand tools used in construction and restoration projects
Basic understanding of construction processes
Ability to read blueprints and schematics for accurate project support
Knowledge of caulking techniques and materials for sealing applications
Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various environmental conditions
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards
Willingness to learn recent skills related to construction, restoration, and other trades
Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
