Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Line Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing food items and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and maintaining a clean and organized work workplace. Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to recipes and standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support daily food production
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
Ensure all food handling practices meet health and safety regulations
Support the team during busy service hours by managing dishwashing duties promptly
Follow proper food safety procedures and sanitation protocols at all times




Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist with basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all duties
Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling standards is a plus
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or hotel service can enhance performance in this role
Knowledge of basic kitchen safety practices is beneficial
No prior experience necessary; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued

Pay: $17.20-$23.93 per hour
