Overview

Duties
Serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for Japanese dishes
Cook and grill menu items according to established recipes and safety standards
Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food handling areas
Set up and maintain the dining area, including table settings and presentation
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures




Support team members during busy hours to ensure productive service
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of serving, food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation is advantageous
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is desirable
Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment will be beneficial
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role
