Overview:
We are seeking dedicated part time and full time Servers who are able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to join our team.
Duties:
Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Process payments using POS systems
Assist in food preparation and help with kitchen tasks as needed
Skills:
Experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety practices
