Responsibilities
Perform Mig and Tig on welding steel and aluminum sign components
Fabricate sign structures according to blueprint drawings
Cut and fit material using saws , shears ,brakes and other shop equipment
Inpsect finished welds quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and secure work setting
Measuring, cutting, grinding, tack welding and welding steel components.
Applicant must be physically fit as this position requires dexterity and a lot of standing and bending and lifting
Compensation can be based on related skills and experience.($23.70 up to $24.70 plus .25 premium per hour for a valid welding certificate.
Qualifications
Valid certification in 47.1 and 47.2
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable , punctual , and safety-conscious
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
